Because it's been designed to fit and protect your keyboard perfectly, you may find the first time you insert your HTC Touch Pro into its Proporta Case a little tricky. The following should help:
– Gently use your thumbs to stretch the protective plastic cover
– You may need to do this a few times initially.
– Once in place, gently slide the lid of your device down until it's in a closed position.

I´d say Proporta have the finest “protect & care-products” for the whole market, It´s with proudness I carry my ARCHOS-704 in one! Unfortunately; products on the market that have as high quality as yourself usually disappears after a few years… at least that’s my view of really really good stuff! Best of luck to stay in the market, I´ll be back as often as I switch equipment!

Received my P3650 Alu-Leather case. Very nice case - quality seems to be the paramount factor. Received it after 7 days. Would order more stuff from Proporta and recommend it to others.

I wanted to let you know that the delivery of the case I ordered for my PDA last December was very smooth. The case is extremely practical, very accurately designed for my brand and type of PDA and it is beautiful and extremely well made. I was very surprised to hear that, because I bought my case during the Christmas shopping period, I was eligible for a free present. The leather wallet I choose was shipped shortly after my order, but never arrived.... I sent you an e-mail which was responded very quickly and correctly. You believed me on my word, while it is very rare that mail is lost. In spite it was a free gift, costing Proporta money already, you promised me to send another one. Lucky enough this arrived without any problems within a few days. This is how customers should be treated, but so few companies do. Thanks again for all your service and you friendly and clear e-mails.
