'In December I purchased a Ted Baker iPod case as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The service I received from Proporta was first class. After the original item was lost in the post I contacted Proporta to advise that I had not received the item and they ensured that a replacement was posted immediately. The case arrived the next day and it made a fantastic gift. Following this, I also received an e-mail from Proporta to advise that I was entitled to choose a free gift from the website. I selected a FM transmitter to use with the iPod mentioned above. Once again the item arrived the next day. I am very satisfied with both the range of products available and the level of service from Proporta and I would certainly recommend the company to my friends and family’
