I was dealing with Hannah Saffman throughout my order, both by email and telephone, Hannah managed to sort out the order in time for my trip. As someone who buys from online stores frequently it is a refreshing change to deal with someone as personable, friendly and customer focused as Hannah, who really did ensure that I was getting exactly what I needed. I don't generally write emails of complaint or praise, however in this instance I made an exception on the basis that Hannah did a great job and Proporta deserves credit too for creating such a customer focused service (something that unfortunately seems to be more and more of a rarity).

My favourite product out of all Proporta’s collection at the moment is theTurbo charger that gives additional life to an amazing product such as the iPhone that has a crap battery and is pretty useless if you want to use the GPS and bluetooth function simultaneously.
