Name:  Mike Coombes
Role:  Managing Director and Co-Founder
About Mike:  Mike’s background is in manufacturing and product finishing. Apart from his lovely wife Tink, he has another huge love in his life, his dog Darwin, who we have all grown to love as our own. Born in Essex, he has a natural head for figures and looks after key customer and supplier relationships. You can always count on Mike to boost staff morale and give us a good laugh.

Name:  Guy Monson
Role:  Managing Director and Co-Founder
About Guy:  Guy worked as a journalist (broadcast and print) before setting up Proporta with Mike in 1996. This background has left him with a good understanding of products and consumers and an enjoyment of writing. Guy's enthusiasm and innovative nature is utterly contagious and he's always on hand for an interesting chat.

Name: Debbie Isepp
Role: PA/Office Manager
About Debbie: Juggling her PA role to Mike and Guy and keeping the office in check, Debbie is the master at making things run smoothly (and the boys organised).

Name:  Simon Chamberlain
Role: UK Retail Sales Manager
About Simon: Born and bred in Cov, Simon is an avid supporter of Coventry City FC and loves travelling to Spain. When he's not crying into his pint glass, he likes to turn his hand to the pool table. In the world of Proporta he's the master of Sales and a keen negotiator.

Name: Chris Herovitsch
Role:  Sales Manager
About Chris:  Chris heads up the sales team and ensures Proporta products are sold by our sales team across Europe. Originally from Austria, Chris likes to spend as much time as possible in his native mountains (but despite repeated requests he refuses to wear his lederhosen in the office).

Name:  Diego Alcacer
Role:  Account Manager
About Diego:  Fondly known as the eye candy of the office – Diego manages reseller accounts, and is also a member of a talented band (which you may recognise from the insert cards in our iPod cases).

Name:  Andrea Gomes Santos
Role:  Account Manager
About Andrea: Andrea is based in Spain where she also completed her PhD in International Law. She is a vibrant member of the team. The only downside is that we don't get to see her that often.

Name: David Elder
Role: Sales Consultant
About David: David has spent more years than he cares to remember in the IT and Consumer Electronics sector, and has established himself as Proporta's "Industry Veteran". David is a keen singer and has a dubious track record of warbling odd ditties after a couple of pints.

Name:  Eva Czinegeova
Role:  Sales Support Executive
About Andrea: Eva (or Elfie as she prefers to be called) moved to the UK from Slovakia in 2004 to improve her language skills and luckily for us she never went back :) By day she supports the reseller team helping them to make their jobs smoother and more efficient but outside of the office she spends most of her time on the beach playing beachvolleyball and competing on a national level.

Name: Lynnette Prigmore
Role: Head of Marketing
About Lynnette: Heading up the Marketing team, Lynnette has a strong love of copywriting, enjoys pushing the brand forward and can usually be found juggling numerous product launches at once.

Name: Hiran Mahagamarachchi
Job Role: Technical Manager (Online Marketing)
About Hiran: Originally from Colombo, Hiran bridges the gap between our Sri Lanka and UK offices. An avid fan of cricket (naturally), he enjoys travelling (good job really) and the UK cold weather (we think he's mental). When he's not dreaming of a land filled with snow covered cricket pitches, he's working his magic on our online marketing activity.

Name: Rosie Swaffer
Role: Marketing Manager
About Rosie : Rosie's exuberant character is pleasantly carried throughout the office, which suits her role as Marketing Manager perfectly. An expert in the world of Social Marketing and with a keen eye for statistics (although she swears she hates Excel sheets), she's working hard managing the team to make sure that Proporta is well known in all the right places.

Name: Marta Gariazzo
Role: Marketing/Customer Services Executive (Italy and France)
About Marta: Originally from Italy, Marta came to Brighton to start a new life, improve her English, and has slotted nicely into the Proporta team. Looking after all our Italian and French customers (multi-lingual - she's well clever), she loves meeting new people and never turns down a good pint of beer.

Name: Alejandra Rojas
Role: Marketing/Customer Services Executive (France and Spain)
About Alejandra: Born in France and raised by Chilean parents, Alejandra grew up speaking both French and Spanish. She moved to the Brighton in 2003 to enjoy the beach and improve her English. Alejandra joined the Proporta team after spending two years in Vancouver where she divided her time between her Marketing role and her snowboard. When she is not in the office you might find her in the yoga studio getting ready for her next snowboarding holiday.

Name: Diana Kenny
Role: Customer Services Executive
About Diana: Diana has been with us since 2003 and is a much valued member of our Customer Services team. With bags of knowledge about Proporta and our 3,000 products to boot, we doubt there's a customer out there who isn't left satisfied once Diana's given them a helping hand.

Name: Chris Casson
Role: Customer Services Executive
About Chris: Chris started at Proporta after moving to Brighton from Andover and is already a fountain of knowledge about Proporta products and is receiving rave reviews from customers all over the world. A dab hand with the camera he is supporting our designer by taking photos of products for the website. His talent also extends to music photography and Chris can often be found snapping away at gigs and festivals for various bands.

Name:  Graham Boyd
Role:  Head of Design & Manufacture
About Graham: An avid Ipswich Town supporter (ah well), Graham has taken Proporta's product design to the next level. The man behind our current iPod range, he enjoys photography in his spare time and is a perfectionist to the end

Name:  Max Denyer
Role: Warehouse Manager
About Max: Max has a very loveable nature, which makes him a popular member of the team. He can remember arrival dates and SKUs off the top of his head (even when we have over  3000 products and 25 employees asking at the same time) and can usually be found singing along to Britney Spears (although he swears his favourite band is Kings of Leon).

Name:  Gary Robinson
Role:  Warehouse Supervisor
About Gary: Gary is an important member of the Warehouse team and makes sure all our orders are dispatched on time. Cheeky, charming and always sporting a smile, his presence is welcomed by all.

Name: Scott Jennings 
Role:  Warehouse Assistant
About Scott: Scott's a great one to have in the warehouse as he's a very chatty and confident lad, even early in the mornings. He knows everything there is to know about football, as he's a bit of a dab hand (or should that be "foot"?) at it himself and is currently playing for a local team and is a big fan of the gooners (that'll be Arsenal to those not in the know).

Name: David Banks
Role: Systems Administrator
About David:  David's ability to help with technical difficulties (other than “switching it off and on again”) often blows us away. He's into obsolete technology, reading and dance music (big fish, little fish, cardboard box sort of stuff). He's a lovely lad and a valued member of the team.

Name: Jenny Bloomhill
Role: Accounts
About Jenny:Originally from Zimbabwe, Jenny is a mother of four and loves gardening, live music and taking strolls on the beach. Lucky for us, she also has a love of numbers as Proporta's resident Book-Keeper.
