Overall 'In December I purchased a Ted Baker iPod case as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The service I received from Proporta was first class. After the original item was lost in the post I contacted Proporta to advise that I had not received the item and they ensured that a replacement was posted immediately. The case arrived the next day and it made a fantastic gift. Following this, I also received an e-mail from Proporta to advise that I was entitled to choose a free gift from the website. I selected a FM transmitter to use with the iPod mentioned above. Once again the item arrived the next day. I am very satisfied with both the range of products available and the level of service from Proporta and I would certainly recommend the company to my friends and family’

If you are ordering directly from Proporta, all items delivered to US or Canadian addresses will be delivered using the British Royal Mail and the US Postal Service or Canada Post (whichever service applies to your area) with free standard shipping on all orders.

All Proporta branded hardware products & all Ted Baker, Roxy, Quiksilver and Ben Allen products come with a Lifetime Exchange Warranty, so if for any reason or no reason at all you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we'll exchange it for another one. We can provide you with a refund if a Proporta branded product is returned within 90 days from the date of dispatch.
Note: All Proporta TurboChargers come under two year warranty from the date of dispatch.
